Why wireless really works with Ajax
Wireless has a bad reputation — usually rightly so, because most manufacturers use cheap 433 MHz radio. Ajax relies on its own Jeweller protocol: AES-128 encrypted, frequency-hopping-resistant against jammers, with up to 1,700 m free-field range. Sensors last 5 to 7 years on one battery.
