Seniors want to live independently as long as possible — and family and care services want to be notified immediately in case of emergency. That’s exactly what the Ajax emergency solution is for: a waterproof wireless button on a lanyard or wristband, on the bathroom wall or by the bed — when pressed, it starts an alarm chain you can freely configure. Emergency call to relatives via app, call to the care centre, activation of the siren — all or none of it, as you wish.
Button and DoubleButton — two devices for different applications
The simple Button has one button and is intended for everyday use — lanyard, key chain, or mounted under the bed or next to the couch with the Holder. The DoubleButton has two buttons with a divider — press both simultaneously to trigger the alarm. This prevents false alarms from accidental pressing — ideal for more active seniors who carry the button on their body.
Freely configurable alarms
When the button is pressed, the system can trigger various actions: silent emergency call to the family app (with smartphone GPS position), simultaneous call to the care centre, activation of the loud siren (attracts neighbours), opening of an electric door lock for rescue services, switching on the lights. You choose the scenario that fits your situation — and can change it any time via app.

What the family gets out of it
As soon as the button is pressed, all authorised persons receive an instant push notification on their phone — indicating who triggered the alarm, which sensor and at which address. Via the app the family can check whether the system is OK, when something last happened and how the battery status of the emergency buttons is. With a phone chain we ensure at least one person is always reachable.
