MobiCall by New Voice International is a platform for alerting, information, evacuation and conferencing. Events from fire detection, intruder alarm, building management and process control are received automatically, distributed according to alarm plans and escalated until the defined number of recipients has acknowledged.
What MobiCall does
- Alerting and escalation: distribution by alarm plan and time profile via phone, DECT, smartphone, SMS, email and loudspeakers; acknowledgement or next level
- Mass and disaster alerting: call many people at once, real-time status per call, announcements via IP speakers and PA
- Evacuation and crisis team: predefined procedures, automatic conference calls, recording
- Nurse call and care: integration with nurse call and patient monitoring systems, first-aider alerting
- Lone worker protection: man-down, no-movement and time alarms, localisation via DECT, Wi-Fi, GSM, GPS or beacons
- Technical monitoring: events from IT monitoring, SNMP and LPWAN sensors
