When an internet connection and WiFi are present, the WiFi camera is the fastest way to get video surveillance: no network cable to lay, simply supply power and connect to WiFi. Reolink WiFi cameras use modern Wi-Fi 6 with dual band (2.4 and 5 GHz) for stable, fast transmission. We carry among others W330, W750-A and the floodlight camera F850W.
Reolink W330 — 4K WiFi camera with Wi-Fi 6
The W330 (W330(EU)-R2) is an 8 MP 4K camera with Wi-Fi 6 — the current WiFi generation for more speed and stability even when many devices are on the network. Colour night vision, IP67 weather protection, AI-supported person and vehicle detection. Solid all-round camera for house wall, driveway or yard.
Reolink W750-A and floodlight F850W
The W750-A (W750-A(EU)-R2) is a duo camera — two lenses, wide field of view without blind spots, ideal for the house corner where two sides should be in view simultaneously. The F850W (F850W(EU)-R2) is a floodlight camera: combines 4K surveillance with a bright LED floodlight — on motion in the dark the light turns on, deters and delivers colour image. Two functions in one device: outdoor lighting plus camera.
Planning a WiFi camera properly
A WiFi camera is only as good as the WiFi at the mounting location. On the outside house wall the signal is often weaker than expected. We check the signal strength before installation and set up a WiFi repeater or access point if needed. For locations with weak WiFi or more than 4-5 cameras we rather recommend PoE — there are no radio bottlenecks there.
