What makes ESET special

ESET Protect Cloud / On-Premise
You have the choice: ESET Protect Cloud (management via ESET cloud console, simple setup, ESET servers in Europe) or ESET Protect On-Premise (console runs on your own server, no data flow to a foreign cloud). For critical infrastructure and particularly sensitive industries we recommend the on-premise variant.
EDR instead of just AV
Classic antivirus reacts to known malware. ESET EDR analyses the behaviour of all running programmes: does a Word macro suddenly access system functions? Is a programme encrypting files at scale? Unusual network traffic? Such anomalies are detected and reported, even if the specific malware is unknown.
