Enquiries are answered within 24 hours. On-site appointments are currently available with about 2 weeks lead time. For emergencies and urgent matters please write “EMERGENCY” or “URGENT” in the subject — we try to respond at short notice. Monitoring-centre connection through us is active 24/7 (where included in your service contract).
